1. How long does shipping take?



Orders are processed in 2–5 business days and shipped out right after.


  • U.S. orders: usually arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • International orders: take about 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs.



You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.





2. How can I track my order?



Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you haven’t received it after a few days, check your spam folder or email us at support@wraithapparel.com.





3. What is your return policy?



We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Custom or limited-edition items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Can I exchange for a different size?



Yes — if the size you want is in stock.

Email support@wraithapparel.com with your order number and what size you need, and we’ll help you set it up.





5. What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?



If your gear shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, hit us up within 7 days of receiving it at support@wraithapparel.com with photos. We’ll take care of it.





6. Do you ship internationally?



Absolutely. We ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.





7. What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?



Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Please check with your local carrier or post office — and reach out to us if you still need help.





8. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?



We start processing orders quickly, so cancellations or edits aren’t always possible.

9. Are your products true to size?



Yes, most items fit true to size unless stated otherwise in the product description.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.
